On Thursday the 8th of July room six took a long walk to pan'save to learn about how many sugar is in food. In the morning we had a early morning tea before we go. Once we arrived at pakn'save I felt a cold breeze. The first thing we did was the bread. We walked to the bread isle and saw how much sugar, sodium, calcium, and fiber people put in it. After doing all that we all went out side and Mr. Sok gave us some big apples to eat.
